I have been to a
number of seminars over the years, and this ranks right
up there as one of two where I had awesome breakthroughs.
I am a pain in the butt participant at times, because I
don't let much go by, but wow I dive right in there and
if there is anything there to gain, I find it and apply
it. I have looked at my childhood a lot and have worked
with the incident that was prevalent for me on Sunday, but
this time, for the first time I really felt that I was given
a means by which I could speak for that little 2 year old.
It is the first time in my life that I did something in
front of people without feeling 100% overcome with fear.
I had about 2% for a moment at the beginning. That singing
of that song was second only to the moment I said "I
do" and
said my own vows to John at our wedding. I will never forget

I waited a couple of weeks to write a testimonial because
I felt that I had experienced shifts that were profound.

During the 6 days of Tofino I wrote 14 full songs, plus many song fragments and poems, of very high quality. I am no longer a blocked writer, I have written several songs in the month since Tofino; the process of writing is pleasurable and easy.
There were no difficult techniques or concepts to master,
just some simple exercises I now do daily. I can't explain
how everything changed, but the difference is like night
and day, the results speak for themselves. My singing voice
and stage presence has also improved dramatically - I now
sing notes I couldn't sing before. There have been many
